This page explains how to delete your account in the STN Fleet apps (STN Fleet Driver and STN Fleet Manager), made by Saman Carriers, doing business as Saman.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@saman.com.pk with the subject “Delete my account”. The button below opens a ready-made email.
- Include your name, the phone number on your account, the Google email you sign in with (if any), your role and your fleet, so we can find your account.
- We may contact you to confirm the request comes from you. We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your account and profile: name, phone number, role and the link to your Google account.
- Your location history.
- Voice notes and photos you recorded.
What we keep
- Payment receipts, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Delivery records your fleet needs for its own business, with your personal details removed where possible.
Deleting only some data
You can ask us to delete only part of your data, such as your location history, and keep your account. Say which data in your email.
